1. Eligibility for Returns

- The item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- Your order is incomplete
To be eligible, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
2. Timeframe
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Used candles
- Candles that have been burned
- Customized or personalized items
- Items bought during clearance or final sale promotions
4. Return Process
To start a return:

- We will review your request and provide further instructions.
- Once your return is approved, you may need to ship the product back to us.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
7. Damages & Issues
If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you immediately.
8. Shipping Costs
- For defective or incorrect items: we cover the return shipping cost.
- For customer-initiated returns (change of mind): the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
